The Questions People Ask
What is Get Vow’d?
Get Vow’d is a shared wedding experience available on Saturday evenings, with the bar open and the farm turning into one big wedding party.
Why are you doing this?
Because it feels good and we believe in it. (Also, the courthouse doesn’t have a wine bar.)
Is this a real, legal marriage?
Yes. As long as you bring a valid marriage license, our officiant will sign it and your marriage is 100% legal.
Is Get Vow’d really the only wedding option at Feelgood Farms?
Yes. This is the only way we do weddings here.
Who is Get Vow’d for?
Couples who care more about the moment than the production, and who want to get married on a working winery and vineyard.
Are kids allowed?
No. Feelgood Farms is adults-only at all times.
Are dogs allowed?
Chill dogs are welcome on a leash.
Can I come even if I’m not getting married?
Absolutely. We believe weddings should be community celebrations. Grab a drink and join the party.
When does the ceremony start?
The ceremony begins about one hour before sunset. The exact time will be noted in your reservation agreement.
Can we write our own vows?
Yes. Keep them heartfelt and reasonably short. Traditional vows are always an option.
What is the ceremony like?
Ceremonies take place on the farm and are intentionally short, simple, and relaxed.
Is the officiant… cool?
All our bartenders are ordained ministers. And they’ve got the vestments to prove it.
Can we customize the ceremony or make special requests?
Not really. The simplicity is part of what makes Get Vow’d work.
Is there a rehearsal or walkthrough?
No rehearsals. You’re welcome to visit during regular hours, grab a drink, and explore.
What’s the dress code?
There isn’t one. Most guests dress semi-formal (it is a wedding), but comfort always wins.
What kind of music will the DJ play?
A wide range. Good vibes only.
Is there a first dance?
When the music’s right and you step onto the floor together, that’s your first dance moment. No spotlight.
Song requests can be made directly to the DJ. Tipping is customary.
Can we skip the party after the ceremony?
Get Vow’d is about the full night, not just the ceremony. Couples and their guests are expected to stay, drink, and celebrate together on the farm.
What’s available at the bar?
On-farm and off-farm wine, craft and domestic beer, seltzers, THC beverages, soda, and water.
Can we bring our own drinks?
No. All drinks are served here.
Can we bring food or a cake?
Yes. Feel free to bring food, snacks, or a cake. Everything needs to be carried in by your group.
Do you sell food?
The Wienery is usually serving hotdogs and snacks.
Can we cover drinks for our guests?
Yes. We’ll provide wristbands for your group so everything can be rung up together.
How many guests can we bring?
There’s no strict guest limit. Bring everyone.
How does seating work for our guests?
Seating is first-come, first-served. Reserved group seating is available for $5 per guest.
Do we need a photographer?
You’re welcome to bring a photographer or have a friend take photos.
What happens if it rains?
We’re open rain or shine. Ceremonies move inside if needed.
Get Vow’d works because everyone buys into the same idea: Less production. More connection.
The best nights happen when people stop trying to perfect every detail and simply enjoy being together.
If you’re looking for a private ballroom-style wedding with timelines, rehearsals, and full customization, this probably isn’t your place.
But if a shared night on a vineyard with music, wine, real vows, and your favorite people sounds right…
We’d love to host you.
